Terms & Conditions

* Order Processing and Shipping: Orders are processed during normal working hours. Once an order is placed please allow up to 3 days for processing. (This does not include shipping time)

Shipping: Our standard delivery time is 5 – 7 business days which does not include weekends or holidays.

*Please do not book your hair appointments with your stylists until you receive a notification the order has shipped. Once you get that notification, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery and schedule your appointment with your stylist after the 7 day mark to make sure you have your hair in time.

Returns: Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. In the event you have a special circumstance that may warrant a return, please request approval by sending an email to service@jasminenikol.com within 2 days of submitting the order.

* Return Authorization – If a return is authorized a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

* Order Tracking: You will receive a confirmation of your order immediately after it is placed. You will receive a second email that lets you know the order is in our system and being processed. The final email you will receive will give you the tracking number for the order once it has been shipped out.

* Retail Sales – Due to the nature of our business, all product sales are final.

Return Authorization – If a return is authorized a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

* Custom Color – We will work to achieve the look you desire based on the sample picture provided. Color may vary in hue or tone but all effort will be made to match it perfectly. Price subject to change based on process used to color hair.

* Please be advised when the hair color requested required bleaching or extreme lifting, the curl pattern may become stretched or loose. It is best to order the next tighter curl if you plan to wear the hair in a curly state after coloring.

Appointment Deposits – All deposits for hair appointments are non-refundable.
